Marketing Manager

Description

• AflaLivre Mocambique SA is a Mozambican producer and distributor of the granular biopesticide Aflasafe, and a processor of shelled groundnuts for domestic consumption and exports. Our vision is to reduce the aflatoxin levels in Mozambique, to improve human and animal well-being by reducing health risks caused by aflatoxin, and to increase prevalence of high-quality Mozambican groundnuts in international markets and develop a strong local market for aflatoxin-free goods. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to increase our sales volume and brand awareness in Mozambique

Duties

• Develop AflaLivre marketing and sales strategies, plans for execution and analysis of impact
• Build strategic relationships with key industry players
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis
• Collaborate with media organizations
• Arrange sales events and trainings with dealers, cooperatives and other promotional activities
• Oversee and develop marketing material, website and SoMe platforms
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns
• Maintain and expand client database
• Analyze consumer and partner behaviour

Requisites

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
• Proven marketing management experience
• Track record in successful marketing campaigns and activities
• Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in marketing
• Experience from agriculture, fertilizer industry, or related industries
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experienced in MS Office and office management software (Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe etc.)
• Exhibit initiative, responsibility, and flexibility
• Ability to think creatively
• Ability to work independently with limited resources
• Strong work ethic
• Letter of interest (in Portuguese and English)
